Most shipping will be done via USPS priority mail.

We ship Monday to Friday except for postal holidays. I do my best to ship all orders within 3 business days of the purchase date. During times of high volume this time may be extended. We are not responsible for items lost in the mail where tracking information is available and shows that the item was shipped on our end. Your local USPS office can be contacted to file a claim.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. If you have trouble with your order or are not happy with your purchase, please contact me to resolve the issue.

Because of the nature of these items, unless the arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Perishable products (like food or flowers)
• Digital downloads

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Seller is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Call or text to confirm when you can pick up. Custom roasted coffee is usually ready for pick up in 1-3 business days.
