Koinonia Koffe was founded in 2013. Our coffee shop is open to the community and serves as a student center on campus. Whether you're here to meet with friends or to study, we provide a welcoming space for students, staff and the community to meet over a delicious cup of coffee, panini or in-house baked pastry.

Rio Grande Bible Ministries
Rio Grande Bible Ministries was founded in 1946 and has a diverse spectrum of ministries including a Bible College (Seminario Biblico Rio Grande), Radio Esperanza, Bibleville, and Rio Grande Global. We exist to develop Christ-centered leaders with a biblical worldview for the global church.

We would love for you to come join us for coffee and fellowship. We are located on the campus of Rio Grande Bible College at 4300 S. Business Highway 281, Edinburg, Texas, 78539.
We are open during the school year (August to May) and closed during the summer.
