This coffee is made to order so you get the freshest and best quality product possible. It comes from the Sul Minas region of Brazil which is in the southwestern part of the Minas Gerais state. This coffee is 100% Yellow bourbon varietal. Processed using the natural (sun dried) method, this coffee is best as a darker roast, bringing out its best flavor profiles. It scored 84 points in cupping and boasts flavors and aroma of apricot, fruit and vanilla. It is mildly citric and has a nice, robust body. The profile is classic, clean, and sweet Brazilian natural.
For maximum freshness, all coffee is packaged in resealable foil-lined bags, that have a one-way valve, keeping oxygen out while allowing gasses to escape. A portion of all sales from this coffee is donated to benefit the student scholarship fund on the Rio Grande Bible College, an accredited Bible College on the Texas/Mexico border.
