Koinonia Koffe was founded in 2013 as a coffee shop and student center for Rio Grande Bible Ministries in Edinburg, TX.
Our name "koinonia" (which is Greek for fellowship) reflects our identity as a place where students and people from the community can come and meet together while enjoying our coffee.
All our coffee is responsibly sourced, freshly roasted, ground and brewed right on campus.
