When you order this coffee it will be roasted fresh for you to provide you with the freshest and best quality product possible. This coffee offers a fresh, clean cup with a bright acidity, medium body and notes of cocoa, green apple and lemongrass. An ideal breakfast coffee.
For maximum freshness, coffee beans are packaged shortly after roasting in resealable foil-lined bags that have a one-way valve that allows gasses to escape and keeps oxygen from entering.
A portion of all sales from this coffee is donated to benefit the student scholarship fund of the Rio Grande Bible College, an accredited Bible College on the Texas/Mexico border. All classes are in Spanish and about 90% of the student body comes from Latin American countries. www.riogrande.edu
